FLORIDA COASTAL CLEANUP CANCELED DUE TO HURRICANE IRMA

This event has been canceled due to Hurricane Irma.  

Coastal Cleanup is canceled and we are encouraging all site captains to organize a cleanup locally to support the community. Please send me an email with the location and date for the cleanup that you’d like to organize. KBB will promote it on our website and social media sites. Keep track of volunteers, hours, and bags of trash, just as you would for a normal cleanup. No need to record each piece of trash.

KBB is working with Emergency Management for Crisis Cleanup. As of 9/19, Desiree Lesko will have access to their database of projects. If you’re interested in putting together a team of volunteers, we can find something that would be a good fit for your group.

If you’d like to volunteer individually, Desiree can add you to another group that’s working in your area, if that works for you!
