September 3, 2025 – Shawn and Jessie Landry are two local natives and Astronaut High School graduates who have made a name for themselves operating four restaurants in town – Third Culture Kitchen, Moonlight Drive-In, Bravo Taco and Vine and Olive.

Initially, in 2017 they opened Bagel 13 on Cheney Hwy and later transformed the building to a “Welcome, Try This” type of restaurant called Third Culture Kitchen.

Their “Try This” ideas didn’t stop with the culture-taste fusion menu and modern interior. Driving down Cheney Highway, you won’t miss the beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained property. And the sunshine glow of the building’s exterior tells you something exciting is happening inside. Third Culture Kitchen is a gem that helps Titusville sparkle with good taste.

On September 3rd, Titusville Mayor Andrew Connors, along with members of the Keep Brevard Beautiful North Action Team, awarded Jordan LaMattina and William Patrick of Third Culture Kitchen with the Keep Brevard Beautiful North Action Team “We Noticed” award.

The “We Noticed” award recognizes local businesses for their efforts in improving their business location, making Titusville and Brevard County a more beautiful and enjoyable place to live and grow.
