The Adopt-An-Area program is a volunteer initiative that allows individuals, organizations, and businesses to remove trash from a designated section of a road, park, beach, shoreline or trail. Adopters agree to a minimum commitment of four trash removals per year and to make a donation to KBB to cover program costs and materials. In return, the adopter’s name is displayed on a sign at the adopted site. KBB provides gloves, bags, trash picker, buckets and safety vests for all trash removal events.

Please reach out to Summer at swilbrandt@keepbrevardbeautiful.org if you are interested in adopting.

KBB volunteers joined residents of Inspiration Village in landscaping a cul-de-sac, which was in need of beautification. We planted a tree, 20 plants and removed 2 truckloads of trash. Thanks to generous donations by Lowes Home Improvement, Home Depot, and The Sodfather!

Cumberland Farms Store No. 9775 in Titusville is the state’s first “next-generation” location and has been beautifully maintained since its opening in 2017. The store adds a touch of style to a key corner of the city, visible to both residents and rocket launch visitors. Titusville Mayor Andrew Connors and members of the Keep Brevard Beautiful North Action Team presented Manager Jill Heaman with the organization’s November “We Noticed” award. This monthly award honors local businesses that take pride in maintaining and improving their properties, helping make Brevard County a more attractive and enjoyable place to live.
