Titusville’s Cumberland Farms Store 9775 awarded Keep Brevard Beautiful “We Noticed” Award
Titusville, FL, November 4, 2025 — When you’re driving along the corner of Cheney Highway and South Washington Avenue, you can’t help notice the attractive property located there. Its perfectly manicured green lawn leads to lush landscaping. The building painted a soft, cream-color, is anchored by beautiful stonework and its roof is crowned with dormers and a peaked entrance that reaches for the sky. Its cool blue and green accent colors are complimented by cheery patio umbrellas.
No, this isn’t a new restaurant or a luxury spa – it’s the first of its kind in Florida “next-generation” Cumberland Farms gas station/convenience store. Even though it was opened in 2017, the property is consistently maintained beautifully adding a bit of flair to a very important corner of Titusville with visibility to locals and rocket launch visitors alike.

Today, Titusville Mayor Andrew Connors, along with members of the Keep Brevard Beautiful North Action Team, awarded Jill Heaman, Manager of CUMBERLAND FARMS Store No. 9775 4560 South Washington Avenue, with the Keep Brevard Beautiful “We Noticed” award.
The “We Noticed” award recognizes local businesses for their efforts in improving their business location making Titusville and Brevard County a more beautiful and enjoyable place to live and grow.
